Founder and Account Director

Jade’s strengths are intrinsic with her experience gained in the field of PR, marketing, social media and events management. She has developed refined writing capabilities, a keen eye for detail, creativity and design.

After completing her studies at UCT, where she majored in English and the Performing Arts, followed by her further studies in Event Management, Jade’s intrigue for technology lead her to explore a better understanding of the World Wide Web. Her online skill set includes CMS, blogging, social media marketing, search engine optimization, viral campaigns, online reputation management, and web PR.

Jade’s avant-garde approach to integrate branding, marketing, and events, with PR is tailor made to suit each of the lifestyle and luxury brands represented by Red Carpet Concepts.

Aimee du Plessis

Account and Office Manager

Aimee is dynamic and energetic with a passion for Communication.

She has work experience in Office Management, traditional and online PR, online marketing and SEO. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) where she majored in Strategic Marketing, as well as having a course in Online Marketing and Copywriting and Editing under her belt.

Aimee’s keen eye for detail and passion for writing and editing ensures that her press releases, proposals and strategies are always on the button and grammatically perfect.

Hard work and discipline drive Aimee’s quick turn-around time, professionalism and excellence that she delivers on every project.

Freya Bell

Account Executive

Originally from London, Freya acquired her A levels in English Literature, Art & Design and Photography before moving to Cape Town in late 2007, where she launched her career in the hospitality and events industry and was soon promoted to Marketing Manager.
In 2008 Freya moved on to become the marketing and events coordinator at The Roundhouse, organizing and facilitating weddings, birthdays and corporate functions.

With a thirst to expand her knowledge of the marketing arena, Freya enrolled at the prestigious International Marketing Management (IMM) Graduate School in 2010, where she is currently completing her studies.

Freya found to have an affinity for working with people and an ability to clearly communicate and implement tasks in a team environment with a diverse clientele.
Accomplishing projects, innovation and setting new limits is what motivates her.

Johandri Jacobs

Junior Account Assistant

Having grown up on a farm in the Northern Cape Johandri made her move down to Cape Town in August 2011 to pursue her career in Public Relations.

After completing her studies in Integrated Marketing Communications at the University of the Free State, Johandri scooped up a position at an agricultural firm where she nurtured her passion for writing and communicative languages skills, before joining the RCC team.

Her motto in life follows in sync with that of Theodore Roosevelt: ‘If you are to fail, at least fail while daring greatly!”

Lihle Jacobs

Intern

Originally from the Eastern Cape Lihle graduated from the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University with a Diploma in Journalism.

Lihle has nurtured her skills as a writer working with a variety of mediums including magazines, newspapers and online, and has acquired a wealth of experience in the editing and production of multimedia content.

Lihle’s motto in life is, “Winners never quit and quitters never win.”

Caryn Kreuiter

Intern

Caryn has a niche for arts, design and Advertising.After completing a three year diploma in Art Direction and Graphic Design at the Red and Yellow School she graduated in 2008 along with a Silver Loerie Award.

She then went on to interning at Lowe Bull where she gained hands on experience in dealing with reputable brands and delivering outstanding, innovative concepts.   Caryn has now joined the RCC team bringing her enthusiasm, creative talent and conceptual way of thinking with belief that vision with action can change the world and with lots of hard work, one leaps from logic and begins creating magic.
